Meet Dona Kappmeyer, the dedicated business coach behind ActionCOACH Coastal Bend. Dona operates in Corpus Christi, Texas, bringing her expertise to local businesses seeking growth and success. Dona's journey began when she connected with an old business acquaintance who owned a franchise. The ActionCOACH coaching model drew her in, and now she's passionately helping businesses thrive.

Dona offers a range of programs, including 1:1 coaching, group coaching, GrowthCLUB, 12-week programs, and features the ActionCAMP-30X video series and ActionCLUB in her arsenal.

Dona's extensive corporate background includes positions at Holt Cat, iHeart Media, and Rush Enterprises, with a primary focus on accounting and business process improvement, complemented by her CPA license and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification. In addition, she also possesses a decade of small business ownership experience in residential real estate.

Outside of coaching, Dona enjoys the great outdoors, indulging in activities like offshore fishing, beach outings, landscaping, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
