Meet Coach Jody Johnson and Coach Douglas Barra, the dynamic duo behind ActionCOACH Team Sage. As a firm based in Miami, FL.Their coaching journey began in May 2006 when Jody signed her contract, and Douglas joined her in July after completing training together.

Offering a comprehensive suite of programs, including 1:1 coaching, membership, GrowthCLUB, 12-week programs, Executive Coaching, and Engage & Grow, ActionCOACH Team Sage is dedicated to helping businesses thrive. Jody's background as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, specializing in Open Heart, Emergency, and Substance Abuse, equips her with a keen eye for people, problem-solving, and management. In contrast, Douglas brings 25 years of experience as a Software Engineer and Entrepreneur, providing expertise in numbers, systems, and team dynamics.

Beyond their coaching roles, Jody channels her creativity through sculpture, painting, art collecting, and collage. She also serves as the primary caretaker for her 90-year-old father. Meanwhile, Douglas and Jody share a love for traveling, exploring new places, and meeting new people. Jody is passionate about sailing, skiing (both water and snow), and cooking.

While both have been published in books, the duo is yet to publish their own. With an impressive 18 years in ActionCOACH, Jody and Douglas have received numerous awards within the organization and from the community, although listing them all at this time would be a formidable task.
