Lee Gray, a dedicated Business Coach operating in Kansas, has been offering coaching services since 2015. Her coaching firm focuses on 1:1 Coaching for accelerated growth, Group Coaching to establish a strong foundation, and Membership Program that bring the ActionCOACH community together for accountability, results, and education. Lee's approach is deeply rooted in the belief that business owners should not only find success but also enjoy the journey, drawing inspiration from her father's experiences as a hardworking business owner.

With a mission to help business owners have fun, make money, and enjoy
the process, Lee started her ActionCOACH firm at the age of 50, driven by a desire to make a positive impact on others' lives. Outside of coaching, Lee's hobbies include travel and spending quality time with her  grandchildren, with plans to take each grandchild on an international trip to help them experience the wonders of the world. Her commitment to coaching and creating an enjoyable, successful business journey speaks volumes about her dedication and passion for the well-being of her clients.
