Meet Mike McKay, a Partner and Licensed Coach with extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain roles in the US Army and Fortune 500 companies. He transitioned to coaching in 2012, founding his coaching company and joining ActionCOACH due to the simplicity and breadth of its toolkit and the supportive global community of coaches. In 2014, he co-founded ActionCOACH of Madison, LLC, which expanded to include ActionCOACH Dane County, LLC, and ActionCOACH Milwaukee #1, LLC. In October 2023, Mike and his partner Beth became sole owners of ActionCOACH Milwaukee #1, LLC. They have achieved business growth by applying ActionCOACH tools and processes. Mike is recognized as a member of the ActionCOACH Global Hall of Fame and has won multiple coaching awards. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and visiting Disney World.
