Meet Rory Sheppard, the seasoned business and executive coach behind ActionCOACH of West Texas. With more than 25 years of experience as an internal coach and consultant for top executives. His journey started from working within businesses, and now he's dedicated to helping others achieve their business goals.

Rory operates in Amarillo, Texas, bringing his expertise to the local business community. His coaching programs are diverse, offering 1:1 Coaching, Executive Coaching, group coaching, assessments (DISC+Motivators, WHY Discovery, Working Genius), business valuations, GrowthCLUB (both in-person and Zoom for annual and 90-Day planning), 12-Week training programs (in-person and Zoom for sales, management, productivity), ActionCLUB (Zoom for group-based education), and Profit Accelerator (in-person, bi-weekly sessions including education, mastermind, and networking).

His background revolves around fostering the growth of family-owned businesses, ranging from multi-billion-dollar enterprises to small local operations.
